Children love listening to music. If they want to learn how to play the harmonica you can consider yourself lucky. It is very beneficial for children to learn harmonica songs. Don’t be afraid that if your kid learns one song it will be limited on the other types of music that exist. Harmonica songs are suitable for just about any event and occasion. After your children have some experience playing the diatone harmonica you can get them a chromatics one which is more complicated. Minor keys are played by sliding a bar and this also rouses the sounds as well. After some practicing your children will be able to call themselves harmonica masters.

However, it is best if you give your child some books which tell him with simple graphics and show him how to play a certain song. Of course, it is true that if you want to play more complicated chromatics style you should know how to read traditional sheet music. If we know how to play a musical instrument we can express our feelings through our music. This is the best way for your children to say what they feel. It is generally true that music helps children deal with life issues. There has been a recent buzz in the entertainment world lately about something called ambient music. This is basically music that fades into the background, but that can also be deliberately listened to in the foreground. Because of this, ambient music works on two different levels (unlike most music that works on only one level).

Most people would describe it as being like film music, in that it isn’t the main focus of your attention (what’s happening on the screen with the characters is) – it is a essentially a secondary activity that you might have on in the background when you are working or when you are going to sleep.

It’s difficult for a lot of people to get their heads around ambient music, since there is often very little melody, no percussion and no vocals whatsoever. You have to change your mindset from being one that sees music as the primary activity to one that sees it as a secondary activity that enhances the primary.

I personally like to listen to ambient music when I am working, as I feel that it relaxes me whilst giving me more energy. The best artists are the ones that are able to convey uplifting emotions with only a few simple notes, each of which is drawn out over time. Another word for this type of music is ‘drone’, which refers to the long, droning sound of the strings, keyboards and guitars.

Some of the best ambient artists include Stars of the Lid, Dead Texan, Brian Eno and Global Communication.

While Kevin Leman only mentions 5 positions for sex (you can probably think of them all if you try), his chapter on “Thirty-One Flavors – And None of Them Are Ice Cream” is a great idea generator on how to bring fun and play – and romance into your marriage bed.

If You Could Only Read One Chapter, Which would I suggest?

‘Too Pooped To Whoop’. Not only does it have an awesome title, the chapter deals with what happens when other things zap your sex life. Leman talks to the husband about loving his wife outside the bedroom when she isn’t in the mood, and also adds tips for the wife when her husband isn’t in the mood. (I guess this happens…somewhere!?)
The Big Wrap Up. I was really excited when my wife picked this book up at the bookstore. I was sure to have great sex from that day forward! Of course, I am the reader in our family, and she put the book down after a couple chapters. I realize that I probably needed it more than she did!!!

Bet Uncut was one of the most famous adult oriented television shows on cable television. The show garnered a cult following as the main premise of the videos shown were associated with over sexualized images of women and cheap lyrics.The shows agenda was to show music videos who’s taste complemented the lower standard of decency.. The show was broadcast at 2 in the morning because of the content usually associated with the programming.Aside from showing lewd videos, BET Unct also served as a medium for lesser known artists to get their music out to the music buying public..

The BET Uncut tv show design was to broadcast cheaply made music videos. With the lack of a budget, many artists used semi nude women dancing in their videos as their main selling point. This served as a powerful tool for many hip hop artists who were not signed to a major label to get their product out to the masses. Artists on major labels such as Chingy, Ludcaris and Nelly all used BET Uncut as a way to promote their new album by making videos exclusively for BET Uncut.

BET Uncut had its share of famous stars and moments. Unknown rappers such as Joker the Bailbondsman, Mighty Casey and Precha are just a few of the rappers who gained notoriety because of the BET Uncut show. These memorable figures became show favorites based on their video or the content of the song. The more low budget the video appeared to be, was the more popular it became BET Uncut often times bordered on the comedic, as the quality and content of the music videos were so bad, that is was more a comedy than anything of value.

The BET Uncut show also had its share of controversy. There were many people who felt that the show degraded women and continuously showed them in various situations that encouraged the disrespect of women. The controversy surrounding the show reached its peak in the year 2003, when hip hop star Nelly released the number one BET Uncut video ever, Tip Drill. The Tip Drill video was created with the intention for it to be aired on Uncut. The video achieved this and far expected the intention it was originally created for

BET uncut was cancelled in 2006, ending what many claimed to be BET’s most popular and controversial show.People think that Viacaom, parent company of BET, caved into the pressure and controversy that surrounded the show. Even though BET Uncut was cancelled, the show continues to live on in cyberspace. People can watch the famous videos on sites such as Youtube

Music is natural to us. We can sing the melodies of popular songs without ever taking a lesson. So why do most people who take music lessons to learn to play an instrument not get very far. It’s because of the way most music teachers teach. They teach you how to read music for your instrument. You aren’t learning how to play music, you are learning how to read music. Learning to read music for simple songs is not that hard but learning to read the complex musical notation for the up to date songs you really want to play is much harder. There are three approaches to learning to play an instruments.

1. Learning to play by ear

2. Learning to play by reading music

3. Learning to play by understanding music

Learning by ear is the way most of us learn to sing. We learn to sing songs just by listening to them. Many successful professional performing musicians, who can’t read music, have used this method. People who do karaoke usually can’t read music but can perform popular songs that would look very complicated as written music. Having a good ear for music is the most essential skill a musician can have. For the many successful musicians who are blind reading music is not even a option.

Being able to read musical notation is a valuable skill. It was invented to so that a musical work could be documented and passed on to others. Before that, the only way to learn a piece of music was to hear someone else play it. With the age of recorded music there was a new way. Music has become very portable. We all can have our favorite music to listen to over and over again. Learning to read music for simple songs is not that hard. The problem is that the musical notation for the popular songs that we want to sing or play is not simple. That popular song that you learned to sing so easily by ear has complex and difficult musical notation.

Music theory is the approach that teaches us how music works. All music is based on a few simple building blocks and rules. What seems to be hundreds of different songs reduces down to a much smaller number of musical formulas. Learning about the building blocks of music and the rules for using them simplifies music and makes it much easier to learn. It sounds technical but it’s simply knowing how groups of notes produce sounds. For lead or melody playing it’s understanding scales and modes. Not just official scales but pentatonic and blues scales and other groups of notes that give a particular sound. For harmony and chords it’s understanding the groups of notes played at the same time to back up lead or melody. Even if you play by ear and can’t give a names to these groups of notes, you still have to know them.

What’s the best blend of the three approaches to learning to play an instruments. It depends. If you want to play classical you will put a strong emphasis on reading music. If you want to play rock, blues or jazz, you need a good ear and a knowledge of the groups of notes that give you the sounds that you want. There is nothing wrong with learning to read and write music. It’s a very valuable skill but you shouldn’t let it hold you back. Many popular musicians can’t read music. Once they come up with a hit song, someone who can read music converts it into music notation. Who do you think gets paid the most?

When I’m at the gym, I’m usually in my own world.. a world without the noise and distractions you sometimes come across at the gym. I can’t hear the grunts, shouts, the talking and the music they play at the gym. What I hear, is my choice of songs on my MP3 player. Here’s what I’ve been listening to for the past few months.. I’ve categorised them by the feelings/moods/emotions they provoke within me, and what I primarily use them for.

As weird as you may think I am, the music that I listen to plays a big role in my workouts. They help me focus, and channel my thoughts and energy into determination and strength. Now that’s something simply amazing.

So, there you go. This is my world when I’m at the gym. So don’t be mad the next time you see someone who is too into his music that he refuses to even smile at you. It’s nothing personal.. its just that you’re not in the same ‘realm’ as they are in.

Mobile phones and iPods are some of the best things that mobile technology has ever come up with. Now you have instant communication, multimedia and entertainment function right at your fingertip, which makes people use them for a wide variety of reasons. Some are so versatile that you can even surf the Web and download files with the touch of a button. Others use their cellular phones and multimedia devices as great organizing and scheduling tools, where their schedules, appointments and meetings are put into order. There is an endless supply of possibilities for any mobile device user.

But sadly, these functions are still limited by one crucial factor: battery life. No matter how high-tech or advanced your mobile phone or multimedia player is, when the lights go out, they usually stay that way unless you have a charger with you. And this can really be a pain if you’re on a long trip and you’re without any means of charging your gadget. Suddenly all the power that you once had is rendered useless. No music, no pictures, no videos, no organizers and alarm clocks, no web access and most importantly, no calling and text messaging. Talk about being cut off from civilization.

I used to be one of those who just used and abused their gadgets but after finding myself with battery alerts and useless gadgets almost everyday, I decided to change my ways. I discovered that one of the best ways to save some battery life on your new phone is to simply not use it when you don’t need it. Playing games and taking pictures expends a lot of energy and the act of tinkering with your phone for the sake of tinkering can really get your battery low early on in the day. I also learned that closing wireless services like bluetooth, infrared and WiFi when you don’t really need them saves you a lot of usage time. In multimedia devices, the best way to save up on battery life is to avoid using things like equalizers and bass boosts and to avoid skipping tracks very frequently.

These small things may not seem all that much but in the long run, every little bit counts when you want your gadgets to be accessible every time you need them.
